"I’ve been with Steve Bauer’s State Farm office for a few years now, and have had excellent, thoughtful, helpful advice from Steve and his staff; Yolanda and Linda. Now that Jessica McArdle has taken Steve’s place, I hope the same superlative service continues. Linda Nguyen-Cheung was a terrific help for me today, checking on exactly what my policy covers, she saved me quite a bit of money. I was paying a ridiculous rate for insurance at a storage space, and she helped me to confirm that my State Farm Policy will more than adequately cover my belongings there, and so I am able to cancel the storage space policy. "This office has been my agent of choice for more than 2 years now. I have never had any issues at all. In fact, the staff is always super helpful, very prompt in replying to queries, and very transparent about bills. Bethany Riggan: I was to especially thank her for her service. She is lovely to talk to and helped me save money on my plan. I am usually quite busy with my schedule and can't pick up calls, but she tried calling multiple times over several days to reach out to me when someone tried to change my policy pretending to be me. "Great Customer Service from Bethany. This young lady went above and beyond for me. I call once a month or maybe more. The other reps are super nice. But Ms Bethany was willing to take a few extra steps so I would only have to only call once a year and not worry about forgetting to make a payment on time. She is wounderful and knows her stuff.
